Since completion in October 2020, this design masterpiece from Urban Collective and Paul Brown Architects, 59 France has been nominated for numerous awards and has already won a 2021 NZ Building Industry Award. Both the developer and the architect have their offices in the commercial space and the real estate agent and wife call it home! There are not enough accolades to describe this development. SOLD 33 apartments to date, including 16 on-sales since completion.
Citizen, Eden Terrace
Completed in July 2018 by the multi-award winning crew at Urban Collective, I watched this development being built. The original structure was the Air NZ Data Centre, immaculately transformed into one of Uptown’s standout performers, a multi award winner and a constant favourite with buyers. I own in the building and have SOLD 47 apartments to date, including 6 in 2022. In fact, every time I get a listing it's snapped up within days!
SKHY, Grafton
Undoubtedly one of Auckland's most prominent apartment developments SKHY sits majestically at the highest point in Auckland on the corner of Khyber Pass and Symonds Street. With unparalleled views of the city and the Hauraki Gulf, this Cheshire Architects creation was a Auckland Architects Award Winner in 2020. SOLD 10 apartments to date including 2 in 2021.
Wonder, Eden Terrace
Only launched on 9 August 2021, Wonder is the latest collaboration between Urban Collective and Paul Brown Architects. It’s another standout opportunity and 25 out of 90 apartments went under contract within the first 2 weeks, prior to lockdown! Like its predecessor, Wonder is located at France Street South, Eden Terrace and the show suite is at 59 France. Just call me for a tour!
Western Park, Freemans Bay
Perched on Ponsonby’s doorstep and directly across from the magnificent Western park this development comes with style in abundance and includes a tennis court and swimming pool. Completed in August 2016, the project involved the redevelopment of what was a commercial building occupying the ground and next 3 floors into 27 luxury apartments. I own a rental in the building and have SOLD 9 in addition.
ParkView, Eden Terrace
ParkView was the first apartment development I worked on in the Uptown area in 2015 and an invaluable experience to watch it being built. It was on one of those projects that every agent in the city seemed to have been invited to work on, so ultra competitive. The pricing was very affordable, especially for first time buyers at the time. The project was completed in June 2016. SOLD 10.
